Things to remember when pricing your marquee hire

• It is important that you make an accurate assesment of the number of guests that you want to accommodate. This will obviously affect the size of marquee that you will need.
• Are you serving food? If so is it a finger buffet or seated dining? This not only affects the size of marquee you require but also the seating and table plans need to be carefully considered.
• Will you be having additional guests arriving to your event later in the evening who will not be dining? Consider the number of standing or informal sitting guests that your marquee may need to accommodate.
• Do you require a bar or dance floor? Do not skimp on the size of marquee if you intend to provide dancing or a drinks bar.

• We provide all the electrical cabling and sockets that you need with each of the electrical items that you hire from us, free of charge. However, you may need additional cables and sockets which carry an additional cost.
