PRICE BEATER GUARANTEE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE COMPANY' is Stylish Marquees and / or their subcontractors or agents.
'THE HIRER' is the person hiring the equipment from the Company.
'COMPARISON QUOTE' is a quote received from a legitimate Marquee and Marquee Equipment Hire company.

1. GUARANTEE
Stylish Marquees Guarantee to beat any legitimate company quote received by the customer within the last 60 days, subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. CONDITIONS
(a) Quotes made by Stylish Marquees are based on the understanding that quotes presented by the Hirer for comparison by Stylish Marquees are  legitimate quotes from a company specialising in the Hire of Marquees and Marquee equipment.
(b) The Hirer is required to provide Stylish Marquues with electronic copy of the comparison quote (by forwarding email or scanned hard copy) to info@stylishmarquees.co.uk.
(c) The comparison quote should be current and dated no more than 60 days old.
(d) Price Beater Guarantee Quotes made by Stylish Marquees are valid for a period of 14 days after which time 20% deposit payment is required to secure the booking.
(e) Quotes will be made on a 'like-for-like' basis in terms of  (i) total number of guests, (ii) marquee equipment and accessories required, (iii)duration of hire, etc. Marquee structures may differ in their design, please ensure that you are happy with the Capri Style Marquee design before booking.
(f) Stylish Marquees will be the sole arbitors of these conditions and reserve the right to refuse Hire where they believe they have not been met.

3. EXCEPTIONS
Stylish Marquees reserve the right to refuse to offer a PRICE BEATER GUARANTEE Quote without explanation; however common exceptions may include:
(a) Distance
(b) Unsuitable location
(c) Unsuitable event
(d) Availability of Equipment
(e) Workload

4. VARIATIONS
The Company will use its best endeavours to supply the hirer with the equipment ordered but where this is not possible the company will notify the Hirer as soon as possible with any alterations to the design and specifications of the equipment and where alteration is fundamental the Hirer may terminate this contract and any deposit paid will be refunded.

5. PAYMENT
Payments must be made in accordance with the terms stated in the Company's quotation. Should settlement not be made by the Hire date then interest will be charged at 4 % per annum above the base rate of the National Westminster Bank Plc.

6. STANDARD TERMS
(a) The Company's Standard Terms and Conditions apply in all other aspects save from the above.
(b) This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
(c) Stylish Marquees may choose to withdraw this offer at any time with out notification.
